_______ In the event we are informed that that water to this property is currently off at the street or other municipality controlled valve, we will make arrangements to meet the local water company at the property to have the water turned on. We understand that some water companies require a fee to reserve an exact time for them to be at the property otherwise they will give us a window for free. If we request an exact time, we agree to pay a fee of $100.00 to Signature Brokers in advance of the water turn-on. If the amount turns out to be less, then it will be credited to us at closing. If we reserve an exact time and the fee is not paid in advance to Signature Brokers, we understand that a fee of $100.00 will charged to us at closing, regardless of actual charge.
